TELESALES REPRESENTATIVES

COMPANY: BPS contact Centre Services
LOCATION: Eagle Tower, Montpellier, Cheltenham
HOURS: Shifts available from 7.45 to 10pm. Minimum 3 month commitment.
PAY: £6.72 per hour including holiday pay
DETAILS:
As a telesales representative you will be receiving/making calls and answering customer’s queries with the primary objective of converting the calls in to sales. As existing Talk Talk customers may call in on the sales lines you answer, you will be required to use your sales skills in order to upsell to these customers. In addition you will be required to possess a blend of customer service skills to empathize with existing customers and deal with queries again with the main objective to make sales from these calls.

CREW, SECURITY & STEWARDING TEAM MEMBERS 

COMPANY: Events Staff
LOCATION: Cheltenham based events UK wide with transport provided
HOURS: zero hours contract with flexible hours by arrangement.
PAY: £6.50 per hour for stewards and crew £8-10 per hour for SIA security staff
DETAILS:
Join the existing team working at venues locally and across the UK.
Stewarding involves providing crowd control at a range of live events including concerts, small festivals and charity events.
Crew members are required to help with building stages, erecting fencing, crowd barriers, installing sound, lighting and video equipment.
