This site is the official home of this Student Union society. Here you have all details of the society, from the committee to up-coming events. Options are available to forward your ideas, via a poll or a forum discussion, as well as sharing photos from previous socials and fieldtrips.

This is a GeogSoc for students studying geography and its related subjects as well as anyone else who has an interest and passion for geography. We are a society which promotes a social side for geographers, and we have planned many new events lined up for our new academic year.

As it is the new year we have lined up many new events to take place over the coming semester. Keep an eye or events page for regular updates.

Membership for the new year is now available online (http://www.yourstudentsunion.com/membership/ or at the SU shops at both FCH and Park campuses, at a cost of £5. This will get you discount to our events and priority over non members at our events with limited numbers)

As it is a new year we have a new committee in place. We still have places on our committe to help with the running of the society and planning/organising of events. We would really like some 1st years to join us. If you are interested please email us at geogsoc@glos.ac.uk.
