SU Volunteering can offer various options to help inform the students of the University of Gloucestershire about applicable external volunteering opportunities.
Electronic forms of communication are the most used & accessible for students; so the two main ways that we promote external volunteering are though Facebook & email. Unfortunately we cannot usually oversee coordination of additional activities. There is, however, limited space for posters & leaflets available.
To advertise through us on Facebook please send a heading/maximum of two sentences, a logo & a link to ahoddy@glos.ac.uk
If you would like information emailed to the students who have registered an interest in volunteering; please send information in the body of an email, (so that an attachment does not require opening). It is advisable that you present the volunteering options as concisely & attractively as possible as it will generally be set alongside others.
Local organisations with ongoing opportunities are welcome to request a stand for any volunteering zone/Freshers Fayre events that we hold.
