Listed below is useful information for students' who are currently running a society.
Event outline
Any society planning an activity that is ‘out of the ordinary’ e.g. a trip away, a major event, fundraiser etc should complete and submit the following proposal to the Societies Co-ordinator as soon as you start thinking about the event (at least one month before, and preferably much earlier). This will help us to help you with planning and organisation.

Accident/Incident Form
In the event of any accident or incident that requires medical treatment this form must be filled out by the society president and sent to the SU President within 72 hours or in the even of hospitalisation 24 hours.

Medical Form
This form is to be filled out by society members before any trip away.

Risk Assessment
All Su society activities must be risk assessed. This form is to be completed and handed in to the societies co-ordinator at least one week before the event. Larger event risk assessment forms are available in the students union offices

Society Development Form
The society development form is designed to help improve your society. If you would like help progressing your society and achieving your aims fill it out and send it to the Societies Co-ordinator.
